He took the time to listen to the issues and niggles I was having, took measurements, and adjusted the bike properly to suit me. He changed the set-up so I had a shorter reach, more comfortable bars, better wrist support, the correct saddle position, and a dropper post that I can now use easily without having to fiddle around trying to find the right height.
After the initial set-up, we went for a ride so Luis could see how everything felt while I was actually on the bike and make final adjustments as needed. The whole process felt really thorough, practical, and tailored to me.
